A mobile batching plant can be used for a wide range of construction applications and JA Plant can assist you with all your mobile batching needs.
Our mobile batching plants are ideal for all your construction projects and also situations where you have a temporary construction site and need to remove all equipment once the project has been completed.
If you are interested in a mobile batching plant, you may be wondering how much space is required and how you can transport the mobile batching plant. This article will explain everything you need to know.
As their name suggests, mobile batching plants are mobile and easy to install, rather than the fixed plants (Static plants) and do not require as much space. The good news is that mobile batching plants require less space, time, and downtime than their stationary counterparts and are much easier to install on site.
An advantage of using a mobile batching plant is that you require a smaller concrete foundation and can be simply install on a level concrete floor. (Floor plan provided to our clients.)
Once you have completed your project, your mobile batching plant can then be disconnected from your water and electrical supply and be moved to your next site, without any effort. Which can also be towed by your Concrete Mixer Truck.
For a well-functioning mobile batching plant, you will need enough space to accommodate your cement, fly ash, water, aggregate, sand and any other admixtures you plan on using.
The storage space, and operational space will be determined by the size of the project you are undertaking and batching for. Depending on your output volume per day and your continuous supply of material, we recommend planning what size storage space you will require.
In addition to the space for materials, finally, you will need to consider the space required for any delivery trucks to easily move in and out of the construction site. This would involve a good ingress and egress and space for them to turn around, if necessary. Your material is stored close to the loading area of the batch plant, to ensure that the loader can easy excess the material and load into your aggregate hopper.
Remember to allow enough space for your Concrete Mixer Trucks, separate water tanks, cement, and any admixtures.
When it comes to transporting your mobile batching plant, since they are designed to be moveable, and can be easily be towed with your concrete mixer truck. Our mobile batch plants do not require that all load cells is secure before transport, thus your plant can be hooked and transported without damaging any load cells.
