Over time, preference is shifting more to mobile concrete batch plants from stationary ones. Nonetheless, concrete products in one place; the mobile version serves with the highest efficiency on site. Mobile batching plants can also be upgraded to static plants.

The Working Principle of a Concrete Batching Plant

The working principle of a stationary and mobile concrete batching plant is almost the same. Primarily, it can be divided into four major sections:

     Powder Feeding

     Aggregate Feeding

     Water

Admixture for proper mixing of materials and ease in transportation and storage.

Sands and stones are fed into your aggregate feeder (Hopper) bin. (More aggregate hoppers can be added) The initialization process includes concrete grades, concrete slump, necessary formula number, and efficiency.

The built-in weighing system prompts the weight measurement of aggregates. The design setting of the control panel dominates the process. The operator will then decide to start the control program depending on the weights.

Aggregates are then loaded into your concrete mixer truck. To weigh water, cement, and additives, there are weighing hoppers fitted above the plant. To transfer cement and fly ash, butterfly valves are opened/closed and this initiates the screw conveyor, allowing conveyance to the weighing hoppers.

To allow water and admixture flow into the weighing hoppers, respective pumps are opened. The door of the hopper opens with pneumatic cylinders when all materials meet the required criteria.

The aggregate, cement, water, and admixture is then loaded into the mixer trucks.

Increase your batch plant efficiency

A mobile batch plant's top five functions include aggregate feeding, powder feeding, water pumping, storage and conveyance, and control unit. Your machine's efficiency depends on the better workability of each part. JA Plant offers you the best quality products with the highest efficiency. Below is a checklist for your next highly efficient mobile batch plant:

Durable water meters that assist in recording accurate measurements with intervals of 1 liter for each batch

5.5kw, 7.5kw, 9kw, and 11kw motors for your screw conveyors and belt conveyors

Durable direct drive gearboxes that need minimum maintenance. No need to stock any pulleys and V-Belts on site

Control room panels for your fully automated plants

50mm mechanical water meters that diminish the need for water display or pulse wire (More on diesel motor driven plants)

1.1kw or 1.5kw standard water pumps

Pneumatic cylinders to open aggregate doors automatically

Extension plates to increase your batch load and widen loading bin capacity if using Front-End loaders

Batch plant with weighing cement and water hoppers that produces 40-45m³ per hour

Aggregate hopper fitted with an inside cover to stop overloading on the conveyor belt.
